Our "Lighthouse" King-sized Suite adjoins a spacious and private Master Bath with Garden Tub. From this bright and airy bedroom, you can walk out onto the screened in porch and look out onto the water.
Spacious Great Room
Soft seating for six in this comfortable gathering space with Vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light, makes this a pleasant room for gathering with your family and friends. The picture window also overlooks the water, and a sliding glass door provides a second means of accessing the screened-in porch.
Nautical Stripes
The guest bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed* with Nautical Striped bedding, convenient located a few steps across the hall from the 2nd bathroom it shares with the 3rd bedroom. The room is brightened by natural light from window and also has its own television and ceiling fan.
* Upon request, this King-sized bed can be split into a second set of XL Twins.
Views From Our Screened-In Porch
Even in January (when these photos were taken), Sunset Beach enjoys bright, warm and pleasant weather, perfect for lounging on the porch in the sunshine, being lulled by the sound of the fountain below, or gazing at the water and sometimes being treated to an enjoyable demonstration of the fishing habits of our many waterfowl.

Sunset Beach Pier
Sunset beach is the perfect, unspoiled destination for the family, characterized by broad and flat sandy expanses, which mean plenty of shallow tide-pools at high-tide and plenty of elbow room to stretch out and relax in the sun.
Dining Area and Kitchen
Adjoining the Living Room area is the Dining Area, featuring a large table with seating for six, plus additional spots for four at the bar facing the well-appointed kitchen.
Tropical Fish
Decorated with friendly tropical fish, the Third bedroom offers two XL Twin-sized beds.* This room is also naturally bright and also has its own television and ceiling fan. Located next to the guest bedroom, it too is only a few steps across the hall from the 2nd bathroom that these two bedrooms share.
* Upon request, beds may be pushed together (using a "bed bridge") to make a comfortable 3rd King-sized bed.
Two Swimming Pools and a Jacuzzi
Our community offers two swimming pools, just a short walk from our villa. The one shown here is just a few hundred feet from our building. Umbrella tables, lounge chairs, and a jacuzzi are provided for our guests to use.
Tennis Courts
The Sunset Village Tennis courts are also available to our guests to use. These are just a few hundred feet walk from our building, and there are also several picnic tables and common-use charcoal grilles nearby for guests to use as well.
